Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. E-Mail addresses are used to notify you of child activity and learning results, account and subscription status and notifications when Learn then Play detects potential predatory communications, 'cyber-bullying' or explicit content. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Some of the information we collect during the operation of the Learn then Play program and the associated Parent Portal is used to improve our system's detection of inappropriate Websites, programs and games. Information is also tracked to help us provide the most effective learning content for child users. We may share some of this statistical information with our educational partners and others. We will not share information that personally identifies any Learn then Play subscriber or child user.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 except when accessed directly from the Learn then Play program. When accessed via the Learn then Play program, the content provided on our Websites is designed specifically to provide learning content to the child user. We take great care to ensure that the segments of the Learn then Play Websites and programs that are designed for child users have been fully reviewed and verified for safety prior to release.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

As a subscriber, you can access your personally identifiable information using the Learn then Play Parent Portal.  You can access the Parent Portal through the Account Login button on the Learn then Play home page. Should it be necessary, you can update and change the information from the Learn then Play Parent Portal.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.  However, before sending a request to change information, you should login to the Learn then Play Parent Portal described above.  You can change almost all data that may be deemed personally identifiable information by using the Parent Portal.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. You can change your access password and secret question using the Parent Portal.
